01. Who we are
Helvion Group ("Helvion", "we", "us") provides chargeback audit and recovery services for e-commerce brands. Our registered office is at One Market Street, Spear Tower, 36th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94105. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
02. Data we collect
We collect two categories of data:
- Contact data. Name, business email, phone number, and company details you provide when booking an audit or contacting us.
- Operational data. Chargeback, deduction, shipment, and compliance records accessed through read-only integrations you authorize with your WMS, EDI provider, and retailer portals (such as Retail Link, Vendor Central, and Partner Central).
We do not collect consumer personal data from your customers, and we do not use cookies for advertising on this site.
03. How we use it
We use your data solely to deliver our services: auditing deductions, preparing and filing disputes with documented evidence, reporting recoveries to you, and invoicing our contingency fee. We do not sell your data. We do not use your operational data to train models outside your account.
04. Sharing
We share data only where necessary to perform the service: with the retailer dispute channels through which claims are filed, and with vetted service providers (hosting, analytics infrastructure) bound by confidentiality obligations. We may disclose data where required by law.
05. Security
All connections are encrypted in transit and at rest. Integration access is strictly read-only. Access is limited to personnel who need it to perform the service. You can revoke integration access at any time.
06. Retention
We retain operational data for the duration of our engagement and up to 24 months afterward to support dispute windows, audit trails, and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
07. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA.
